How do I get my EPP authorization code?

Your EPP authorization code/Registry Key (the old name used for .au EPP Codes) will give you the ability to manage your domain, update the registrants email address, update your DNS server settings and update your Whois information. You can request from your current registrar for your EPP Code/Registry Key and for your domain to be unlocked which allows you to transfer your domain to another registrar providing it is before your renewal date.

To get your code from a domain of yours that WE manage, please email accounts@suncoasthosting.com.au or by submitting a ticket through the My Account area and state your request. A domain cannot be unlocked or transferred to another registrar within 60 days of registration or a change of ownership, so you must wait until the domain is over 60 days old before you email us. Giving you this type of access means that we will not renew your domain for you, you must transfer it to your own registrar before its renew date.
