Where to find a file uploaded by FTP?

Once you login to your account via FTP, you are placed in the root folder of the account. There you can see the public_html folder which holds the files that are visible when you visit your website via your web browser.

Our advice for you is not to use white spaces and capital letters in your file names. By doing so it will be harder to find your files because their names will be case sensitive and url encoded.
